Home Checks make the whole process much simpler for you with our standalone Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) at just £45 for your boiler and cooker or an extra £10 to include your fire.

As Part Of Our Service:

The Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) is emailed on the day of the gas safety inspection. Annual reminders are sent out two weeks before your certificate is due to expire. We can arrange the inspection directly with your tenant or letting agent. The property is left as found and with minimal disruption for your tenants. We can give an exact time of arrival so there is no waiting around.
